2018’s biggest recruitment is going to be held by Indian Railways. According to latest news source Railway Minister Piyush Goyal has announced to appoint a total number of 89000 vacant posts in seventeen different railway zones through sixteen railway recruitment boards(RRB). It is a never before golden opportunity for class 10 pass or ITI certificates holders. Sixty two thousand nine hundred and seven out of eighty nine thousand job will be in group-d posts and the left will be appointed in loco-pilot, technician, helper etc posts.
Group-d job post application last date is 12 March 2018 and others such as eligibility, age limit, application process are described below.
According to Indian Ministry of Railways in a Centralized Employment Notification 01/2018 invited online application to fill up 26500 jobs out of 89000 in various posts for technician, loco-pilots. And it is said on notification 02/2018 that left 62507 jobs are for various group-d posts.

Age Limit
All candidates applying for group-d or loco-pilot post should aged between 18 to 31 as on 01/02/2018. Scheduled caste, scheduled tribe and other backward classified candiates would be relaxed for age as per govt rules.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum educational qualification is 10th pass from any govt recognised institution or apprenticeship training certificate holder from NCVT approved institutions.
Application Process:
Railway group-d and loco-pilot post application mode is online. During applying online sc and st candiates need to pay Rs 250 application fee while general or unreserved categorised candidates need Rs 500 fees.
