West Bengal government undertaken West Bengal Police Recruitment Board(WBPRB) has released a notification for recruitment of 5702 constable in West Bengal police department. Eligible candidates can apply for constable job at www.policewb.gov.in. Online and offline application form submission is open from 1 April to 30 April 2018.
WB Police Recruitment 2018
The West Bengal Police Recruitment Board will appoint male constables in various districts of West Bengal through- Preliminary Written Test, Physical Measurement Test(PMT), Physical Efficiency Test(PET), Final Written Test, Medical Test, Interview and Document and Character Verification. Candidates who will be passed with qualifying marks in these exams will be selected for constable post job.
Eligibility:
WBPRB invites dynamic and energetic candidated to join in West Bengal Police force. So candidates who are passed Madhyamik/Secondary exam from West Bengal Board of Secondary Education are eligible to apply for constable post.
NVF, Homeguard candidates who are servicing since three years under West Bengal police can also apply for this post

Age limit:
Normal age limitation in wb police is 18-27 years of age as of 01/01/2018. Scheduled caste, scheduled tribe candidates who are applying in wb police will be relaxed 5 years of age and obc candidates will be relaxed 3 years of age
